Orders and Purchasing Process

When you place an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product under these Terms:

  • 1. Order Process: Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide your shipping information, contact details (such as name, address, phone number, email), and payment information at checkout. Please review your order and details carefully before final submission. Once you place an order and payment is successfully made, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This email signifies that we have received your order request.
  • 2. Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Payments on our site are processed securely through Razorpay, our chosen payment gateway. Razorpay allows you to pay via various methods (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, etc.) in your local currency where possible. All transactions are encrypted and secure - we and Razorpay do not store your card information on our servers . Payment information is processed in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) for protecting cardholder data .   • Pricing and Accuracy: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default, unless otherwise noted for international orders. Prices may be subject to taxes as applicable by law. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our site are accurate. However, in case of any error (such as an incorrect price or availability), we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel or refuse any order placed for the incorrectly listed item. If your order is canceled due to such an error after your payment has been processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, at any stage of the order process. For example, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order if we suspect the order is placed by resellers, distributors, or is otherwise fraudulent. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be refunded any amounts charged.

Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

Our use of Razorpay means that when you make a purchase, you may also be subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Razorpay is a third-party service provider that processes your payment on our behalf. We have chosen Razorpay for its strong security measures: it adheres to strict industry standards (PCI-DSS) to ensure safe handling of payment data

Please note the following regarding payments:

  • 1. No Card Data Storage: We do not see or store your full credit/debit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. This information is handled by Razorpay's secure systems. Your payment transaction data is used only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and is not saved thereafter.
  • 2. Payment Authorization: By providing your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and Razorpay) to charge the full order amount to that method.
  • 3. Payment Issues: In case of a payment failure or error, please ensure your details are correct and try again, or use an alternate method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer service for assistance.
  • 4. Additional Charges: For international orders, your bank or card issuer might charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, it will be fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping Policy (which is hereby incorporated into these Terms). Generally, we process orders within 2-3 business days and then ship them out. Delivery times vary based on destination, but typically range from 5-7 business days for domestic shipments. International deliveries may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.

You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order is dispatched. We partner with reliable third-party courier services to deliver your packages. Ownership and risk for products you purchase transfer to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete. Our delivery partners will usually attempt delivery more than once if you are unavailable at the time of the first attempt. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or after multiple failed delivery attempts, we may have to treat the order as canceled (see Refunds & Returns below for how such cases are handled).

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer: Please note that all sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed on our website, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and often include personalized or perishable components in our gift sets. Therefore, we do not accept cancellation requests after an order has been placed

Before completing your purchase, please double-check your cart and details. If you have an urgent issue or need to correct a mistake in your order, you may contact our customer support immediately, and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once the order is in process.

Returns and Refunds

All products sold through Badhai Ho Luxury Gifting are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the unique and curated nature of our luxury gift products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in most cases. We pack each order with care, and many of our items are handcrafted, perishable, or made-to-order, which means we cannot restock or resell them. As a result, all purchases are considered final.

However, we do want you to have a positive experience. In the rare event that there is a problem with your order, we do offer limited exceptions:

  • 1. Damaged or Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not the item you ordered (incorrect item), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require you to provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item as proof. We may also request photos of the packaging for shipping claims. These measures help us verify the issue and continuously improve our packing standards. We will accept a return or exchange request only in cases where the product delivered was damaged or wrong relative to what you ordered.

    • - To report a damaged or incorrect product, email our customer care at care@badhaiho.gifts with your order number, details of the issue, and attach the photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case promptly.
    • - Resolution: Upon verification of your claim, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the damaged/incorrect item with a new one or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a refund or store credit for the affected item. Any replacement shipping costs for a validated claim will be borne by us. We are committed to ensuring you receive the correct products in good condition, as promised.
  • No Returns/Refunds for Other Reasons: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike of a product, or any reason other than a verifiable defect or error on our part. Please review product details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
  • Non-Delivery Issues: We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or absence of the recipient. No refund will be issued if we were provided an incorrect or incomplete address, if our courier partner made multiple failed delivery attempts, or if the shipment was refused or unclaimed by the recipient​ boxupgifting.com . In such cases, if the package is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address at your expense (additional shipping charges will apply), or you may pick it up from our facility if feasible. Otherwise, the order will be considered completed and non-refundable.
  • Process for Approved Returns: In the rare case we ask you to return a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide instructions. Typically, you will not need to send the item back; instead, we will arrange a pickup or simply ask for disposal, depending on the situation. If a return pickup is arranged, we or our courier will collect the item from you at no extra cost in the case of a validated damage/incorrect delivery claim. Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

(Badhai Ho Luxury Gifting) and our parent company (if any), affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys fees) made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party
